Starting my own business has always been a dream of mine. As an innovator, I wanted to build something that aligns with my values and beliefs, and provides opportunities for other young professionals to grow and succeed. I wanted to find something I was passionate about and build a company that would be around for the long term. I left my job in August 2022 when I saw an opportunity in emerging technology and decided to start Alpha Advisors.
One of the things that I realized during my time working and learning from a countless number of talented mentors and coworkers – there were many things I liked about it, but there were also things that were important to me that I needed to accomplish. I wanted to build something that was shaped around the way that I wanted to live my life. I wanted to build a company that was built on a culture and a way of working that I believed in.
The core value of Alpha Advisors is “be curious and not judgmental”. We believe that in order to be successful, we must be open-minded and always be looking for ways to improve and evolve. We also believe in treating our clients and employees with respect and understanding. Our goal is to connect with clients who share our mindset and believe that their people, customers, and customer experiences are important. We want to help our clients grow their businesses by solving problems and by providing positive solutions. We strive to be a place where extremely smart and talented young people can come to grow their careers and be a part of something that is making a positive impact on the world.
That being said, starting a business is a learning curve (a steep learning curve), and in a few shorts month I think I have aged about 5 years. As part of this ongoing blog I’d like to share my journey of building this business, and highlight what emerging tech can do for you and your company.
I am going to start writing more on Linked In and on Alpha Advisor’s blog about what the world of Web3 is all about, the impacts and use cases of things like ChatGPT, and other technologies that will be part of our future. Most importantly, I will focus on how all these things can help and benefit you and your business.
